The Big Bucks picks up with our friends where Cory's previous book Inventing the Future left off. I really appreciated this book for the portrayal of some of the real life issues people encounter with their lives and careers. It is always great to be able to "Invent the Future" but you still have to deal with relationships, mortgages and earning your next paycheck as well. It was nice to read about 3Com, which is frequently passed over in favor of some of the more glamorous Silicon Valley companies. Even if you aren't a tech insider, this book is a blast. I wonder what Janet, Dan and the others will be up to next? I can't wait to find out!
